Standard Member Requirements
Online Presence:

The primary online instant messaging program is xfire. All members are required to use xfire actively. Registering with a UGA name is optional but the nickname must contain -=UGA=- (see below). If you do not have xfire, you can get it here.
xfire nicknames must me displayed in the following manner:

- Voice:
The primary form of online voice communication is Ventrilo. All members are not required to use ventrilo unless you will be engaged in online competition. If you do not have ventrilo, you can get it here.

- Forums:
UGA maintains it's own forums for communication and news. All members are required to use the forums in order to be considered an active member. Sign up can be done here.

- Other:
Other forms of communications UGA uses are IRC, MSN Messenger, and Yahoo messenger. These forms of communication may be required at the squad level but are not required to be an active member of UGA. Contact the Squad Leader for further info.
While on game servers you will use the following format to identify yourself:
-=UGA=- playername =squad=
There is be a space between Tag, Name, and Squad. Each squad has a different suffix tag and should be used when representing that squad. If you are not part of a squad, you are not required to have that in your name while playing.
All UGA Members must wear proper clan tags at all times in UGA servers to promote unity and cohesion within the clan. There is absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Get caught without your tags and you will be warned and possibly banned. Period.
UGA Standard Rules
- Respect:
Be nice to ALL players on ALL servers. No disrespect, cussing, or racial remarks allowed. If a member feels that he or she is being offended by a remark that is uncalled for or inappropriate, he or she will inform the accused and the action will cease.
- Communication:
You must keep current on the forums and news and stay in contact with Squad Leaders via forums, email or IRC.
1.) No logging on to the forums in 2 weeks you get a warning.
2.) No logging on to the forums in 4 weeks you get removed.
- Cheats/Hacks:
Absolutely at NO time will any member of UGA download, produce or distribute cheats for any game at any time. Violation of this rule will call for immediate removal from the clan. If for any reason there is call for a cheat to be used by a UGA member, you must submit a request to Senior Command Staff before using it and await approval. Some hacks that are downloaded are used for viewing demos etc... If you are caught with cheats, you will be removed from UGA without warning. Excuses such as "my friend downloaded it" or "I was only testing it out" are not acceptable. You are responsible for your computer and the software therein.
- Consequences:*
1st Offense - 24 hour ban from servers and boards.
2nd Offense - One week ban from servers and boards.
3rd Offense - Command review for permanent removal.
*Command Staff Note: Any violations listed above, depending on severity,
can call for the immediate removal of a member, based on Command Staff decision.
